NEW STORAGE AREA NEEDED FOR OUR SHOW MATERIAL
Our show material, including staging and cloth etc is stored in a
barn in Clayton, which is not very accessible and is not vermin free.
Does any member have spare garage space or workshop space where we
can store the material in a dry and vermin free environment. The area
needed is approx 8ft x 5ft. SWS is prepared to pay an annual rent for
this facility of £50. Please contact Bob Jubb 01444 232955 or Tom
Lednor 01903 743025.

ORGANISER FOR OUR CLUB NIGHT SPEAKERS
As you know Pauline and Bob have had to give up organising our
monthly speakers due to poor health and in the interim, Wendy and
Graham Quantrill have taken on the role, but this is only short term.
Would anyone like to take on the role of organising the speakers?. If
so please contact our chairman Paul Reader 01444 451979 or any of the
committee members.

TOOL AND WOODWORKING BOOK AUCTION
As advance notice so that you can all sort out your workshops, we are
intending to have a tool auction evening, possibly on October's club
night. The books will be those from our library that are no longer
frequently used or those you wish to get rid of from home, plus any
tools you wish to sell. A small commission may go to the club coffers

TOOLS AND MACHINERY FOR SALE

Bob Jubb and Allan Fielding visited Paula Smith whose husband was a
SWS member, but sadly died two years ago a week after reaching
retirement age. Paula is now ready to start selling his bigger items
of tools and machinery and they are listed below. Anyone interested
please contact Allan Fielding on 01273 494365 (suggested prices now added by Allan 26th April)  LIST OF TOOLS AND MACHINERY

At a previous committee meeting Mike Wallace tendered his resignation as Treasurer of the Sussex Woodcraft Society as from the next AGM.
